Dustin's bottom line is the safety and protection of the Owners, Contractors, Laborers and all surrounding people at the project site. We enforce our zero tolerance safety policy by practicing all methods of safety assurance to minimize job site incidents. Dustin has in place an extensive safety plan that is enforced by our Project Executives, Project Managers and Superintendents on every job site overseen by our exemplary superintendents. All Dustin on-site personnel attend mandatory safety education programs and annual first aid seminars. “The Mike Arnold Safety Award” was created in 1976 in honor of a former Dustin employee and is given to those who have helped create a superior standard of safety within our company.
