50 Year Anniversary and Open House

Dustin Construction, in conjunction with Architect, WMCRP of Landover, MD, designed & constructed this 30,750 SF office building. Currently Dustin's office employees occupy the 2nd floor suite. The 1st floor is rental space for office or warehouse use. Dustin's suite was designed to reflect the nature of the work they do by exposing construction elements and features throughout. They incorporated sustainable design by utilizing materials that are environmentally friendly including items such as reclaimed wood flooring; bamboo finishes, recycled rubber flooring and furniture with GREENGUARD certified UV curing, which promotes a cleaner, healthier work environment.
An open house event was held on September 26th celebrating the company's 50th anniversary hosting Dustin's employees along with subcontractor's, architects, engineers and local government agencies whom have worked with Dustin over the past 50 years.
Dustin Construction is a family owned General Contracting & Construction Management business servicing the greater Washington/Baltimore area. After being located in Montgomery County since 1959, the office moved to Ijamsville, MD, off Urbana Pike/355 on the 12th of June. Many employees & subcontractors are current residents of Frederick County.
