Dustin Selected for Farquhar MS Pre-Construction Services

Dustin Construction has been selected by Montgomery County Public Schools to perform pre-construction services for the modernization/replacement of William H. Farquhar Middle School located in Olney, Maryland. This new school will have capacity for 793 students with core spaces designed to accommodate 1,000 students. Included are: traditional classrooms, gymnasium, multi-purpose room, music rooms, cafeteria with stage, instructional media center, administrative spaces, and exterior courtyards. The building is expected to meet a minimum LEED Silver certification level.
